You can request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your wristband, as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Exclusions:
Due to the nature of personalized or custom-encoded wristbands, we cannot offer refunds for wristbands that have been customized or used to store personal information.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
