Bandie is a smart identification wristband designed to help parents access or share important information about their child (such as emergency contacts and allergy information) via NFC technology. Our products are sold exclusively through this website.
2. Product Information
All products are clearly described on the website. Bandie wristbands are currently available in one style: black band with white writing. We reserve the right to add or remove product variations at our discretion.
Prices:
– Single Band: £12.99
– Family Packs: 2 Bands = £22.99, 3 Bands = £29.99, 4 Bands = £35.99
All prices include applicable taxes but do not include shipping charges unless stated otherwise.
3. Ordering & Payment
We accept payments via major credit/debit cards and other secure payment gateways provided on the site. By placing an order, you confirm that all details you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
4. Shipping Policy
– Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
– Shipping (UK):
– Standard Shipping (3–5 days): £3.99
– 24-Hour Tracked: £4.99
– Express Shipping: £12.99
– Free standard shipping on orders over £40
– International Shipping: Available to select countries. Rates vary and are shown at checkout. Delivery may take 7–14 business days.
– Customs/Duties: International customers are responsible for any additional customs or import fees.

5. Refunds & Returns
30-Day Refund Guarantee:
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your wristband, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Exclusions:
We cannot refund customized or personalized wristbands that have been encoded with personal information.
Defective/Incorrect Items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us at support@bandie.co.uk within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6. Product Usage & Safety
Bandie wristbands are designed to be worn by children under adult supervision. While made with hypoallergenic and durable materials, Bandie is not a medical device or GPS tracker. The product relies on smartphone NFC technology, which may not be supported by all devices.

8. Limitation of Liability
