Shipping Policy

We aim to get your Bandie to you quickly and reliably. Below are our standard shipping options and policies.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Options & Rates (UK):

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class):

  • 1 Band: £0.85
  • 2 Bands: £1.15
  • 3 Bands: £1.55

Express Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class):

  • 1 Band: £1.35
  • 2 Bands: £1.60
  • 3 Bands: £1.95

Lost or Delayed Packages:

If your order is delayed or missing, contact us at support@bandie.co.uk

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s how we can help:

30-Day Refund Guarantee  

You may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your wristband, provided the item is:

– Unused  

– Undamaged  

– In its original packaging

 

Exclusions  

Due to the nature of our product:

– We do not accept returns or offer refunds on wristbands that have been customized or encoded with personal information (e.g., names, contact details, medical data).

– Used wristbands cannot be refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items  

If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered:

– Contact us within 7 days of delivery

– Provide a clear photo and your order number

– We will offer a replacement at no additional cost

 

Return Process  

To request a return or refund:

1. Email us at support@bandie.co.uk with your order number and reason for return

2. We will respond with return instructions if applicable

Return Shipping Costs

– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect

– We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
